Insulated PVC sandwich fabric: double skin is 0.8mm PVC fabric, and inside is filled with high-denisity insulating rock wool, total thickness is 20mm.
Use zipper to connect the fabric with frame side guide rail as a whole body, realizing better sealing performance and air-tightness. When there is accident collision, the fabric can get out from guide rail and return automatically, reducing maintenance.
All-round heating wire belts are used to avoid freezing of door structure. This avoids damage to fabric and driving systems in low-temperature rooms.
Thickness: 1.5mm for guide rail, 1.0mm for cover box. Standard material is Galvanized steel with painted surface. Optional 304 stainless steel or aluminum alloy available.
Included as standard: Safety photo cell sensor (stops for obstacles), Safety bottom airbag sensor (reverses upon contact), and Alarm light with emergency buttons.
